Searching for Domain Names in the Domain Manager
You can search for domain names from within the Domain Manager. Search for one specific domain name or use the bulk search option to locate multiple domain names in one search.
Searching for Domain Names in the Domain Manager
Use one or more of the search criteria below to customize your search. Use Clear Form to reset the fields and start over.
To Search for Domain Names in the Domain Manager
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Next to Domains, click Launch.
- Click Search.
- Complete the following search criteria fields:
- Saved searches — Select a previously-saved search or, select New Search to begin a new one
- Domain name — Specify whether you want to search for a domain that Starts With or Contains specific text, and then enter the text to include in the search
- From folder — The folder to include in the search
- Domain extension — The domain name extension to include in the search
- Status — The domain name status to include in the search
- To enter advanced search criteria, click Show Advanced Search Options,
and then enter or select the following:
- Lock status — The lock status to include in the search
- Privacy status — The privacy status to include in the search
- Auto renew status — The automatic renewal status to include in the search
- Expires within — The number of days prior to a domain name's expiration date to include in the search. For example, entering '5' includes all domain names where the expiration date is within 5 days of expiration on the date the search is run
- From Preset Profile — The Preset Profile to include in the search
- Nameserver — The nameserver to include in the search
- SmartSpace® status — The SmartSpace status to include in the search
- Click Search. The search results display.
Completing a Bulk Search
The bulk search option lets you search for multiple specific domain names at one time.
To Complete a Bulk Search
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Next to Domains, click Launch.
- Click Search.
- Click Bulk Search.
- In the Enter domains field, enter the domain names you want to find, one domain name per line.
- Click Search.
