Send or View Messages from Design Team

With the Design Manager, you can send messages to the Design Team. You can also view your message history. If the Design Team sends you messages, it's important that you respond quickly to ensure that your project stays on schedule.

To Send Messages to the Design Team

1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
2. Select one of the following:
   • Dream Web Design: Website and Web Store Design Services
     • Next to the project you want to work with, click Options.
     • Click View Project.
   • Custom Design Services: Logo and other Custom Design Services
     • Next to the project you want to work with, click Manage.
3. From the Design Manager home page, click the Messages tab.
4. In the Leave a message area, go to the Message field, and then enter a message for your designer.
5. Click Send.

To View Your Message History

1. Log in to your GoWebsite account.
2. Select one of the following:
   • Dream Web Design: Website and Web Store Design Services
     • Next to the project you want to work with, click Options.
     • Click View Project.
   • Custom Design Services: Logo and other Custom Design Services
     • Next to the project you want to work with, click Manage.
3. From the Design Manager home page, click the Messages tab.
4. In the Messages section, click (+) to open a message.
