Setting up Your POP or IMAP Accounts

You can retrieve email from several Hosted Exchange Email addresses in Outlook®. Only one email address can be configured to use Exchange, however. Set up additional email addresses as POP or IMAP accounts.

Use these instructions if you are setting up a second Hosted Exchange Email mailbox in Outlook or Entourage®. This is not intended for use with other email clients that support Exchange, or for users with no other Exchange accounts in their email client.

Before continuing, you need to know which version of Exchange your mailbox uses. For more information, see Finding your email version.
