Setting Viewing Preferences

You can customize your viewing preferences for your Web-Based Email through the Settings menu.

To Set Viewing Preferences

1. From the Settings menu, click Display Settings.
2. Click the Viewing tab.
3. To automatically display attached images as part of the email message, select Display Attached Images.
4. To display the preview pane in the message list, select Enable Message Preview Pane.
5. To automatically mark messages in the Preview Pane as read, select Mark Message as Read on Preview.
6. From the View After Action list, select which window you want to display after you complete an action, such as reading, composing, or deleting a message.
7. Click OK.
