Turn off Auto Renew

If you don't want to cancel a product but want to make sure it doesn't renew, you can turn off auto renew.

If your product already auto renewed, you might be able to cancel it and get a refund.

1. In your account manager, click the Account settings menu, and then select Renewals & Billing.
2. Select the products you want to use, and then click Auto Renew On/Off.
3. Click Turn auto renew off.

   If the only option that displays is Turn auto renew on, that means you already have auto renew turned off and you do not need to complete these steps.
