Anyone can register .property domain names on a first-come, first-served basis.
These domain names can have up to 63 characters, with a minimum of one character, and can contain letters (a to z), numbers (0 to 9), and hyphens (except as the first or last characters of the domain name). You cannot register domain names with special characters such as & and #. IDNs (Internationalized Domain Names) in the following languages are supported: Cyrillic, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Uniregistry manages and supports the .property domain extension.
You can register a .property domain name for a minimum of one year and a maximum of 10 years.
We'll attempt to auto-renew your .property domain name on its expiration date. We will park .property domain names after the first failed billing attempt. If the domain name isn't renewed within 40 days following expiration, the domain name will be cancelled and removed from your account.
