How do I Create a Sub-folder for use with my FTP Backup Service?

You can back up data using our FTP Backup Service, and save the data to a sub-folder.

To Create a Backup Sub-folder

  1. From your dedicated server, FTP to the backup server using any FTP client.
  2. Create your subfolder directory.
  3. Enter the directory as your location when you set up the FTP Backup Service.

WARNING: You can only FTP to the FTP Backup from your server. It will not connect from another location.
