Inserting Hyperlinks to Files in Your Online File Folder
If you have an Online File Folder® account, you can insert a hyperlink to one of those files in your Web-Based Email messages.
To Insert Hyperlinks to Files in Your Online File Folder
- Click the Compose button.
- Click Insert Link.
- Select Insert Online File Folder Link.
NOTE: The folders display in the folder tree on the left. You can navigate through the folders to locate the file you want to attach.
- Locate and select the file you want to attach.
- Click OK.
- Continue composing your email message.
