Canceling Your Premium DNS Account
You can cancel your Premium DNS account by downgrading to Standard DNS at any time. If you want to cancel your Premium DNS account, you lose the following advanced DNS features:
- Secondary DNS
- Vanity nameservers
- Fully Managed DNSSEC
- Templates
- DNS Account Administrators
- DNS folders
- DNS reports
- Unlimited records per zone file
If you have more than 100 records per zone file and you downgrade to Standard DNS, you can continue to use and edit those existing records, but you cannot add additional records through the Zone File Editor. For more information, see Which records count toward the 100-record limit in Standard DNS?
To Cancel Your Premium DNS Account
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Go to the Renewals tab.
- Select your Premium DNS account, and then click Cancel Item.
- In the Cancel Product section, select when you want to cancel your Premium DNS account, and then click Save Changes.
