Adding or Editing Custom Fields for Your Contacts
We provide predefined fields for many common contact record attributes. If you need additional fields that are not provided, you can easily add custom fields. Custom fields let you adjust the Contact Manager to best fit your contact management needs.
To Add Custom Fields During an Import
- On the Map Contact Details page, click create or edit your custom fields.
- On the Edit Custom Fields window, click Add Custom Field.
- In the Label field, enter the new field label.
- From the Type menu, select the type of field you want to add.
- In the Character Limit field, enter the maximum number of characters you want to allow.
- Click Save.
To Add Custom Fields From a New or Existing Contact Record
- Click Add Contact , or open the Contact Details page for an existing record.
- On the Contact Details page, click Manage Custom Fields.
- On the Edit Custom Fields window, click Add Custom Field.
- In the Label field, enter the new field label.
- From the Type menu, select the type of field you want to add.
- In the Character Limit field, enter the maximum number of characters you want to allow.
- Click Save.
