Locating Your Hosting Login or User Name

To upload content to your website, you need your hosting login or user name and password.

NOTE: If you've forgotten your password, see Changing Your Hosting Account Password (FTP Password) for more information.

To Locate Your Hosting Login

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Web Hosting.
  3. Click Launch next to the domain name you want to use.

Your user name displays in the FTP section on the Hosting Dashboard.
