Sharing Your Contact Manager Opt-in Form
Once you're Contact Manager opt-in form is ready to use, download the form or grab code for a link to it to use on your website or in permission emails. This lets visitors and new contacts subscribe to your email newsletter or survey. Here's how:
To Grab Code for an Opt-In Link
There are multiple opt-in link types for you to use.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Contact Manager.
- In the Contact Manager account list, click Launch for the desired account.
- From the Settings tab, click Customize.
- Click Grab Code.
- Click Copy code to copy and paste any of the following for use on your Web pages or in permission emails, and then click OK:
- Standard Link — This code creates a clickable link to access your opt-in form.
- Signup Box — This code creates two screen fields: An entry field for the visitor's email address and a button to submit the submission. This allows immediate subscriber signup.
- Signup Button — This code creates a button for your Web page to take the visitor to your opt-in form.
To Download the Opt-In Form
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Contact Manager.
- In the Contact Manager account list, click Launch for the desired account.
- From the Settings tab, click Customize.
- Click Download Code.
- Select Save File to save signup.zip.
- Extract signup.html from signup.zip.
- Upload signup.html to your website, and add Website navigation to the new page.
